Before Booking

How do I book a stay with Nest Host?

If you are interested in staying with Nest Host, you can easily make a reservation by contacting our Leasing Team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Contact information (name, email and phone number)
  • Approximate dates and length of stay
  • Area Preference
  • Budget (if possible)
  • Any additional requirements – number of guests, pets, parking etc.

What is the minimum nightly stay required to book?

We have a minimum length of stay of 2 nights if you’re booking within 15 days from your arrival date. If your arrival date is more than 15 days away, the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. If your arrival date is more than 30 days away, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights. Please note, select listings have a 30-day minimum requirement.

Am I able to extend my stay?

If you wish to make alterations to your stay, please be sure to contact us at 1-833-637-8333 or via email at [email protected]

What is the age requirement to book a stay with Nest Host?

Our age requirement for a guest to book with Nest Host is 25 years of age.

Can I get a discount for longer stays?

11% for stays longer than 6 nights

16% for stays longer than 29 nights

What is Nest Hosts cancellation policy?

Direct Bookings: CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 days or more will receive a full refund less a 4.0% processing fee. 14 Days or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit 50% of the total rental up to 14 days, after 14 days will be refunded total amount less 4.0% processing fee. 7 Days or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental up to 14 days, after 14 days will be refunded total amount less 4.0% processing fee.  The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. If stay has already begun there will be NO REFUND on rent up to 14 days and on cleaning fee. Renter may mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any Reason insurance offered by from a third party provider. CANCELLATION 48 HOURS or LESS before check-in, Renters will Forfeit the amounts paid up to 21 days EARLY DEPARTURE – There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE. What method of payments does Nest Host accept?

Payment can be made cheque or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX)

Are there any additional fees besides the nightly rate?

All reservations are subject to an exit cleaning fee (varies by property). Select properties do charge for parking at $10/day.

About Your Stay

Does Nest Host allow pets?

Many of our suites do allow pets, however, there will be an additional cleaning fee (varies depending on the suite).

Service animals are welcome at no extra charge.

What is Nest Hosts check-in and check-out time?

Nest Host’s expected arrival time is 4:00 p.m.

Check-in instructions will be sent once the reservation is confirmed.

Nest Host’s expected departure time is 11:00 a.m.

Check-out instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to the check-out date.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Nest Host’s expected arrival time is 4:00 p.m., if you require an earlier check-in time, we may be able to accommodate the request depending on availability.

Applicable fees may be applied for early arrival.

Is it possible to check-out later?

Nest Hosts expected check-out time is 11:00 a.m., if you require a later check-out time, we may be able to accommodate the request depending on availability.

Applicable fee may be applied for late departures.

Direct Booking Procedure

  1. Inquiry Phase
  • On the Nest Host Ltd. website, fill in the number of guests and dates for your stay.
  • Once filled in, all our available properties will appear, then you can look through and select the one you are interested in.
  • On the side of the page, you will notice a small form and at the bottom it states, “Get a Quote”. You will then receive an email confirmation regarding next steps.
  1. Aver – Identity Verification Request
  • Prior to sending you a quote, we will be sending you a link for an identity verification request which is a secure form used for security purposes to better protect against fraud.
  • Once Aver is complete and verified, you will then receive a quote with the booking link and a credit card verification form that must be filled out to complete the booking.
  1. Confirmation
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive check-in instructions to your email.

What is the check-in procedure?

Check in is after 4PM. Many of our suites offer a contactless check-in process allowing for a seamless and flexible check-in experience. All access instructions are confirmed upon a confirmed reservation.

Policies

Noise

Excessive noise is not tolerated or allowed after 10:00 p.m. and will result in a $200 charge as we get fined if building residents are disturbed.

Parties

Parties are not tolerated or allowed. A $200 fee will be charged as we get fined if building residents are disturbed or if there are damages to the property.

Extra Linens & Garbage Pickup

If you require extra linens, the fee is $30.

Pet Fee

Pets are allowed in certain properties, and an applicable fee is applied for pets.
