From there our photographer will take pictures and we will be underway to designing and publishing your listing! Next step is installing a compatible smart-lock, we have found one we love and will install it on your door! This creates ease of access and simple check-in instructions for your guests. A custom Welcome Book is also constructed to show case your property and outline house rules/ instructions.

AirBnB is strongly based on quick responses, we are available around the clock responding to reservations, inquiries and guest messages. In addition, we are here to manage guests as they check in/ check out. We will ensure your property is cleaned between each stay, leave guests reviews accordingly, replenish essential items as needed and provide you with a monthly revenue report!
