Perched right in the desirable East Exchange District near Waterfront Drive, this area is dripping with style and history! Close to the Forks, The Museum of Human Rights, BellMTS Place, RBC Convention Centre and a 20 minute drive to the airport!

Space:

One bedroom refurbished loft complete with the perfect combination of new age and old world charm. Featuring exposed original brick walls, century-old timber beams, modern finishes and uniquely decorated.

Please note there is no elevator in the building.

675 square feet of comfort! Neutral decor compliments the rustic atmosphere of the building. The space consists of a long galley style kitchen complete with 4 stainless steel appliances leading to the main living area. The 11 ft soaring ceilings and large windows work together to create an abundance of natural light.

The electric fireplace in the bedroom is a nice touch, especially special if you're visiting Winnipeg during the winter months!

Our main goal is to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible and feel at home. We offer complimentary WiFi, linens, kitchenware and basic essentials during your stay. If you have a special request, ask us, we will try our best to accomodate.


Transit:

A walk away from all major transit routes. Taxi service is 24/7 in Winnipeg.

Monday through Saturday there is street parking available for $2.00 per hour during the day, after 5:30 pm and on Sunday parking is free. There are also multiple parking lots around our building available to park in with the following rates:

Monday-Sunday all day

Daytime ( 6am-6pm) $14.00
Overnight (6pm-6am) $14.00
