This is a lower level suite with large windows and a stairway down to the suite. The 2 bedrooms are separated from the main living space by a long hallway!

Notes:

We provide a Smart TV, which is for streaming online videos. You can use it to log into your video streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube or Amazon prime with your own subscription. We do not offer cable or regular TV channels.

Free street parking is available in the area. Garage parking is included for stays 7 days or longer

To ensure a smooth check-out please use the list below as a guide when preparing for your departure.Check out time is 11:00 am. Please ensure a prompt check out as the cleaning team will be arrive immediately after 11:00 am for another incoming guest.

· Please check all drawers, closets, and outlets for any personal belongings.
· Remove all sheets/pillowcases etc. from beds and pile in the corner of the room.
· Place all towels on the bathroom floor.
· Please place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
· Please place bagged garbage into the chute/bins upon leaving. Leave trash in the suite can result in a charge to your account. If you are currently in Glasshouse/Hargrave. The garage chutes are open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm only. Please make sure to throw trash away during these times.
· Please leave your key/fob/parking pass where you found it (counter/lockbox) - if applicable. PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE for fobs & parking passes. The replacement fee for building or door fob is $200.00 for each unreturned fob. Parking passes are $200.00 per pass when not left in unit up check out.
· Please do not set the temperature below 20 degrees, this can cause damage the A/C system. When you depart, please be energy-conscious and raise the temperature between 22-24 and confirm the thermostat is not in auto or heat mode).
· If you would like to extend your stay, please send us the extension request one day before your move-out. Your extension request must be confirmed before 9:00 am of your move-out date.

Early check-in Requests:
Early check-in requests need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your checkin time (4 pm) during business days (Monday to Friday). The early check-in request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If it is requested after that time, we will we will need to charge a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the $100 request fee.
Late check-out and Extension Requests:
Late check-out requests and extension requests need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am)during business days (Monday to Friday). The late check-out request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If your request is confirmed within 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am), we will need to charge you a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the rent/late checkout fees.
